Disabled parking is located in all lots within the campus and at the front of the Arena entrance. A disabled parking permit is required for admittance into the disabled parking areas.

For the safety of all our guests, standing or sitting in the aisle is not permitted. Please be aware of your surroundings and be courteous to those around you.

No alcohol may be brought into FSW Suncoast Credit Union Arena. Beer, wine and mixed drinks may be purchased inside the arena for most events. All persons must be age 21 or older and provide legal identification prior to purchase. Management has the right to restrict or limit the servings per transaction or to refuse service at any time, and sales can be terminated at any time at the discretion of FSW Suncoast Credit Union Arena management. Typically, beer, wine and mixed drink sales end approximately 60 minutes prior to the anticipated end of the event.

A guest with an assisted walker may fold it up and store it by their seat as long as it does not block the aisles.

An ATM is located on the ground level lobby adjacent to the concession stand as well as outside the Main Entrance Gate.

Baby-changing stations are available in all restrooms and family restrooms.

Backstage passes are not available for purchase.

Bags must adhere to the bag policy as stated in the Arena Info, Prohibited Items section of this site.  Bags will be subject to search by arena security. Guests with prohibited items will be asked to return to their vehicle prior to entering the arena.  Individuals that refuse to permit inspection of their bag will be refused admittance at that same time.

Signs are allowed; however, the sign must not be offensive in any manner or oversized. The FSW Suncoast Credit Union Arena reserves the right to deny use of any sign at any time if it contributes to less enjoyment of another patron.

Men’s Basketball games have (2) 20 minute halves. Women’s Basketball games have (4) 10 minute quarters. On average, games last approximately 2 hours.

There is bicycle parking available outside, in front of the arena.

Binoculars are permitted.

Guests are not permitted to bring outside bottles or containers inside the FSW Suncoast Credit Union Arena.

Tickets for all FSW Suncoast Credit Union Arena events and FSW Athletics are available at the Suncoast Credit Union Arena Box Office during the following hours of operation: Monday through Friday: 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; and Saturday and Sunday for events only. The FSW Suncoast Credit Union Arena box office is open 2 hours before FSW Athletic events.

Additionally, tickets can also be purchased at the Barbara B. Mann Performing Arts Hall Box Offices during the following hours of operation: Monday through Friday: 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Small non-professional cameras are allowed in the building for most events. Professional cameras can be classified as any camera with a detachable lens. Flash photography is strictly prohibited. Policy is subject to change per tour request.

There is no coat check at the FSW Suncoast Credit Union Arena.

FSW Suncoast Credit Union Arena offers a variety of snacks and beverages. Guests are not permitted to bring any food or beverages into the arena except for valid medical requirements.

The FSW Suncoast Credit Union Arena ticket office accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

The FSW Suncoast Credit Union Arena Concessions stands accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. FSW Bucs Dollars are also accepted at concessions stands where identified.

From Interstate-75:

From Port Charlotte and All Points North:

Take I-75 South to Exit 131, Daniels Parkway. Turn right at the end of the exit (west) toward U.S. 41 (Cleveland Avenue). Cross over U.S. 41 and continue straight. (Daniels Parkway changes names to Cypress Lake Drive.) Turn right onto Summerlin Road. Turn left onto the Florida Southwestern State College at the first light (EAST ENTRANCE). Take the first left at the stop sign to Suncoast Credit Union Arena.

From Naples and All Points South:

VIA U.S. 41 (Cleveland Avenue or Tamiami Trail):

Driving South: Turn right at the traffic light onto College Parkway. Turn left at the traffic light onto Summerlin Road. Turn right onto FSW Parkway and enter the Florida Southwestern State College campus (EAST ENTRANCE).

Driving North: Turn left at the traffic light onto Cypress Lake Drive. Cross over Summerlin Road and turn right on FSW Lane to enter the campus (SOUTH ENTRANCE). Turn right at the first stop sign. Turn right at the next stop sign.

From Cape Coral

Take the Cape Coral Bridge into Fort Myers and turn right onto FSW Parkway to enter the campus (NORTH ENTRANCE). Follow the road staying to the right until circled around the opposite side of the campus and the Arena.

The FSW Suncoast Credit Union Arena asks all guests to be dressed appropriately for all events.

The drop-off and pick-up point is outside of the north side of the arena at the Main Entrance Gate.

The guest elevator is located in the northeast area inside the North Lobby. Typically, this elevator is reserved for guests who are mobility challenged and Box Suite ticket holders.

In the event of an emergency, the FSW Suncoast Credit Union Arena staff will provide instructions and direct guests to the nearest emergency exit. Please follow the instructions of the staff and proceed in a calm and safe manner. Guests should use stairwells only to evacuate.

Generally, entrance is allowed into the building an hour prior to an event.

For your convenience, the FSW Suncoast Credit Union Arena has a family restroom located on the west side of North Lobby. It includes all your standard toiletries and include a baby-changing table.

Firearms and/or Concealed Handguns with or without a license are not permitted at FSW Suncoast Credit Union Arena. If any guest arrives at the facility with a firearm or handgun, you will be instructed to return the weapon to your vehicle. FSW Suncoast Credit Union Arena does not have a weapons check-in, and we will not take possession of firearms under any circumstances. The only persons allowed to bring firearms into FSW Suncoast Credit Union Arena are on-duty credentialed local, state, and federal law enforcement officers or authorized individuals verified by the FSW law enforcement authority at the arena.

Only authorized personnel with proper credentials will be permitted on the floor at any time. Violators will be subject to ejection and possibly prosecution.

Guests may not bring food and/or beverages into the FSW Suncoast Credit Union Arena. Guests may dispose of the unauthorized items prior to entering the facility. Guests with specific dietary needs due to medical conditions or religious requirements should contact arena management when possible in advance of an event.

General Admission allows you to sit anywhere within the general admission area on a first come, first serve basis. Under no circumstances are you allowed to save seats for guests that are not immediately present.

Guest Services is located on the main concourse at the North Lobby near the Main Entrance Gate. Guest Services Representatives are available to assist you with any needs on event days.

The mascot for Florida SouthWestern University, is “Buc”. The athletic teams evolved from intramural sports in the first year to an intercollegiate basketball team beginning in the 1963-64 year. The FSW athletics teams are known as the Buccaneers. The athletic teams adopted the Buccaneer as the college mascot with adopted colors of blue and white. Over the years, the college would field teams in baseball, men’s and women’s golf, men’s and women’s tennis, wrestling, softball and volleyball. On July 1, 2014, the college was renamed Florida SouthWestern State College (FSW) and have adopted the colors of Teal and Purple.

The Team Store is located on the ground floor in the North Lobby for Athletic Events and Commencements. PFM handles special events and concerts with locations within the area determined by event & on the Floor as needed.

Nursing mothers are encouraged to use the Family Restroom located in the arena. Mothers who need assistance in securing a comfortable location should seek assistance at Guest Services located in the North Lobby near the Main Entrance Gate

The selling or sampling of merchandise, food, beverage, tickets or other items on the property without written authorization by FSW Suncoast Credit Union Arena management is strictly prohibited.

There are no pay phones inside or outside the FSW Suncoast Credit Union Arena

We recognize that some customers are allergic to peanuts and other tree nuts. We can’t guarantee you won’t be exposed during a visit to DPAC:

• Food served at FSW Suncoast Credit Union Arena may contain peanut oils or trace amounts of peanuts or other tree nut products

• We may serve nut mixes that contain other types of tree nuts

• Regular venue cleanings and our air filtration systems do not remove nut allergens

Standing on seats or in aisles is not permitted in the FSW Suncoast Credit Union Arena. We ask that you are courteous to everyone around you.

We do not encourage the use of strollers in the FSW Suncoast Credit Union Arena. However, we understand the need for them. Strollers that can be folded and placed under your seat are preferred. If they are too large or cannot be folded, guests must leave them in their vehicle.

Current enrolled FSW students are admitted to all regular season FSW Athletics events free of charge with valid FSW ID. Students must present their valid FSW ID to the attendant at the designated student entrance, in order for the ID card to be scanned. The designated Student Section in the arena is the authorized seating location for all students admitted using their student ID.

The Team Store is located on the ground floor in the North lobby. Fan favorites can be purchased there.

The FSW Suncoast Credit Union Arena uses bar code scanning for ticket admissions. As a result, guests should purchase tickets through the FSW Suncoast Credit Union Arena Box Office, the Barbara B. Mann Box Office, by phone at 239-489-3033 or by clicking HERE. Otherwise, you may be purchasing a ticket that is invalid and will be denied admission.

No refunds or exchanges unless a FSW Suncoast Credit Union Arena event is postponed or canceled. If your tickets are lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed please contact the Suncoast Credit Union Arena Box Office at 239-489-3033.

Purchases for events at the Suncoast Credit Union Arena ticketing site, by phone at 239-489-3033 or the box office operations located at FSW may be subject to a parking fee, facility maintenance fee, convenience and service charges.

Florida Law prohibits the reselling of tickets on FSW Suncoast Credit Union Arena Property.

Your ticket is proof that you are in possession of a valid ticket for the event you are attending. You may be asked to present your ticket stub to verify your seat location once inside the arena.

Umbrellas are permitted in the FSW Suncoast Credit Union Arena. They must be closed and placed under your seat.

Video and audio recording equipment is not permitted in the FSW Suncoast Credit Union Arena unless otherwise stated for a specific event.

Students who attend from an opponent institution must purchase tickets at the regular ticket rate.

Guests, including those with conceal carry permits are not permitted to bring weapons (of any kind) into the FSW Suncoast Credit Union Arena. Licensed law enforcement officials attending the event as a guest are asked to present themselves to Law Enforcement Officers upon arrival to the arena.

Will Call is a widely used term for picking up tickets at the Box Office. If you have been told your tickets are at “will-call”, this means that your tickets will be waiting for you at the FSW Suncoast Credit Union Arena located outside of the Main Entrance Gate at the arena box office. The time when Will Call tickets are made available to the box office for distribution varies by events. Please be prepared with a photo I.D. when picking up tickets.
