ACCESSIBILITY INFORMATION
The Suncoast Credit Union Arena has made a commitment to provide each guest with an enjoyable atmosphere, as well as a clean and safe environment to ensure each guest has a positive experience.

The Suncoast Credit Union Arena is accommodating to guests who are in a wheelchair, have limited mobility, blind, visually impaired, deaf or hard of hearing. ACCESSIBLE PARKING
Accessible parking spaces are available in the parking lot adjacent to the Suncoast Credit Union Arena. Vehicles that park in the designated accessible parking spaces must either display a temporary hang tag or have a permanent state license plate with the accessible parking notations. All parking in the accessible parking lots are on a first come, first served basis. The cost for parking may vary by event.

ACCESSIBLE TICKETS
Accessible seating is available for all events at the Suncoast Credit Union Arena. These seats may be purchased through the Suncoast Credit Union Arena website, during the posted hours of operation of the Suncoast Credit Union Arena’s box office, as well as the Barbara B Mann PAH box office. We highly recommend guests contact our ticket office directly; our staff is knowledgeable about the facility and they will provide the best service for our guests with accessible requirements. When you are ordering accessible tickets, it is important to specify that you require accessible seating and to provide as much information as possible so that we may properly seat you in a location which best fits your needs.

ACCESSIBLE AND WHEELCHAIR SEATING POLICY
Accessible seats are reserved exclusively for guests with accessible requirements. Guests who require accessible seats may purchase one (1) accessible seat and three (3) companion seat. Guests who require wheelchair platform seating may purchase one (1) accessible seat and one (1) companion seat. Depending on availability, seats for additional guests may be purchased and will be located as close as possible to the accessible seats. All accessible ticket sales depend on ticket availability. This policy insures we are able to accommodate those who require accessible seating.

WHEELCHAIR PLATFORMS
Guests that require the use of a wheelchair may enjoy the use of the wheelchair platforms that are dispersed throughout the facility.

ACCESSIBLE ENTRANCE
The accessible entrance to the Suncoast Credit Union Arena is located at the main entrance on the northeast corner of the arena.

ACCESSIBLE RESTROOMS
Accessible restrooms are available in all men’s and women’s restrooms located on all levels in the arena.

LISTENING DEVICES
Listening devices are available on a first come, first served basis for patrons with hearing impairment. These devices can be obtained at no cost from the Guest Services table located in the first floor lobby. The patron will be required to leave a driver’s license, which will be returned when the listening device is returned. There is no charge for listening devices.
